X-412 Cruiser / Racer For Sale - €95k

The well-known X-412 is a fast, comfortable, and luxurious sailing yacht, designed as an easy-sailing yacht with great care for ergonomics and comfort. This X-412 is in good condition and contains a lot of space, both on deck and below. The current owner had 2 sets of sails. One of them is for cruising and the other set is for race. In addition, this X-412 is ideal for the competitive user and her good sailing characteristics make her suitable for club or regatta races. The boat has a valid race certificate till to December 2023.

The boat is fitted with a Yanmar 3JH4E diesel engine of 39 hp for docking and maneuvering. The fuel tank is 100 lt, and the freshwater tanks have a capacity of 460 L. There has been no reported damage (tornado, accident ext.) on board. There is no osmosis on the hull.

The design was built in four cabins version. In this version; the boat has sleeping accommodation for eight people, with a double berth in the bow cabin, a bunk cabin right behind the bow cabin, and two aft cabins, both with double berths. The galley is located on the starboard side amidships. The galley is a straight layout and is equipped with a four-burner stove, a freezer, and a double sink. There are two heads, one just in front of the aft cabin on the port side and one on the port side in the bow cabin.

The boat is located in Marmaris / Turkey and is for sale from the second owner. She is in good condition when we take into consideration of the boat's age.
