You Can List Your Yacht for Sale with Us in Two Different Ways:
1. OPEN LISTING
Your yacht will be advertised free of charge on industry-leading platforms such as
www.yachtworld.com, www.boats.com, www.tms-marmaris.com, www.tmsyachtsales.com, www.youtube.com, and www.sahibinden.com.
You may also list your yacht on as many different broker websites as you wish. We kindly ask that the sale price remains the same across all firms. If your yacht is sold by someone other than TMS Yachting, no commission is payable to us. If the sale is completed by TMS Yachting, our commission rate is 10% of the sale price.
2. CENTRAL LISTING
The details of your yacht will be sent monthly to broker firms worldwide.

If the sale is made by another company, individual, or yourself (outside of TMS Yachting), the sales transaction will still be managed by TMS Yachting. Commission rates for Central Listing:

Required Documents for Sale
To ensure a smooth and fast sales process, please prepare the following documents:

Copy of the yacht registration certificate

If the yacht is registered to a company, official documentation proving your authorization to sell

Copy of the insurance policy

If you are the first owner of the yacht, a copy of the construction certificate; if not, a copy of the previous sales contract

Interior and exterior photos of your yacht if available (if not, we would be happy to take professional photos onboard)

Authorization letter from the marina where your yacht is located, granting our company permission for potential buyers to access the yacht

Documents proving VAT payment if applicable within the European Union
