There are two different ways of listing your boat for sale with Tms Brokerage.
OPEN LISTING
If you list your yacht as an OPEN listing, your yacht will be advertised free of charge on www.tms-marmaris.com., www.yachtworld.com , www.sahibinden.com, www.yachtsales.com and www.youtube.com. You may list your yacht for sale with as many brokers and on as many websites as you like. Our request is that the price be uniform. In the case that you or another party sells your yacht you are not obliged to carry out the sale through Tms Brokerage. In the case that Tms Brokerage sells your yacht our commission rate in 6%.
CENTRAL LISTING
If you list your yacht as a CENTRAL Listing; details of your yacht are sent to brokers all over the world on a monthly basis. Your yacht will be advertised free of charge in:

The other agents
In the case that another party sells your yacht the sale must be carried out by Tms Brokerage. And the commission will be share between other broker(s). In the case that you sell your yacht we carry out sales formalities for you and our commission rate is 3%. In the case that Tms Brokerage sells your yacht our commission rate is 6%. The price must be uniform.
