1998 Beneteau Oceanis Clipper 40 CC For Sale - €105k

Updated: Oct 30

Attention: The asking price will be revised after the owner sign a new contract with the marina in December 2024.

The fin-keeled, cutter-rigged Beneteau Oceanis 40 CC benefits from a furling genoa and in-mast furling mainsail. She also comes equipped with a staysail. She can accommodate 4 within 2 luxurious staterooms.

The central cockpit of SY Blue Life features a Sunbrella bimini, new on-deck upholstery, and a fully closing cockpit cover for winter.

The master, found to aft, is furnished with a queen-sized double berth, hanging wardrobes and a dressing cabinet with a mirror. It also benefits from a large private ensuite bathroom with a partially separated shower area. The guest cabin forward features a double pullman berth with large drawers underneath, hanging cupboards and an ensuite bathroom in the forepeak. The galley features a double bowl sink, refrigerator, microwave and oven, as well as plentiful storage drawers and cupboards. Both heads are fully moulded and feature pressurised water, showers, basins, manual flush toilets and pumps.

The huge amount of additional features on this Beneteau Oceanis 40 CC includes Fruno navigation equipment such as Chartplotter, GPS and Radar. Additional Simrad Chartplotter, 620-watt solar panels with Victron MPPT solar charge controller, Victron 60A battery charger, batteries and 800-watt inverter; we can say that the boat is ready for sailing.

She is powered by a brand new Mitsubishi 52 HP turbo diesel engine which was installed by the current owner in 2022. The engine has only 200 working hours on it as of September 2024.

The previous owners have regularly maintained the boat. The teak deck has been renewed in 2015. A gel shield was applied on the hull at the same date. She has been furnished with brand new upholstery including curtains, cushions and rugs by the current owner recently. The boat’s sailing area was the Mediterranean and Aegean seas in the past 20 years. She was put on sale because the current owners are looking for a bigger sailboat. The boat demonstrations will be held during the working hours of the day except Sundays. Appointments are required for the demonstration of the vessel. Please make an appointment at least 3 (three) days before your future visit.
