Lagoon 380S

The Lagoon 380 S2 is one of the most popular cruising catamarans ever built, known for its comfort, practicality, and performance. The key to its enduring popularity lies in its remarkably efficient accommodation layout. Each hull is wide enough to house a spacious double berth, providing four comfortable cabins.

The main saloon, located on the bridgedeck between the hulls, feels open and bright thanks to its clever design and Lagoon’s signature vertical windows. The galley is arranged along the aft bulkhead and features a sliding glass panel that opens directly to the cockpit, offering excellent ventilation and smooth communication between interior and exterior spaces. Forward of the galley, a large table and settees create a welcoming dining and lounging area with panoramic wraparound views.

The cockpit and deck layout are equally well designed. The single helm station to port sits on a small raised platform with clear sightlines to both bows and transoms. Most sail controls, including the main halyard, mainsheet, and port jib sheet, are led to the helm, allowing for easy short-handed sailing. Wide, flat side decks and a generous foredeck make line handling and anchoring simple and safe, while the cockpit itself provides a comfortable and social outdoor living space.

SY Felix has been carefully maintained and continuously upgraded. She is equipped with 900W Solbian solar panels with a solar controller, a renewed Raymarine AXIOM chartplotter, refreshed salon upholstery and cabin mattresses, replaced hatches and porthole glass, renewed cockpit cushions, and a Gala dinghy with a new Mercury 4 HP outboard engine. The galley includes a new Ancastre three-burner oven.

The boat was purchased by the current owners in 2015 in Kaş, Antalya, and has remained privately owned, never used for charter purposes. She is in good condition, with all regular seasonal maintenance completed.

SY Felix, built in 2007 by Jeanneau in France and designed by Van Peteghem and Lauriot-Prevost, is a Lagoon 380 S2 and is registered under the Jersey flag. She is a fibreglass twin-keel catamaran with a fractional sloop rig. She offers four double cabins, two heads with showers, and pressurised hot and cold water throughout.

Propulsion is provided by two Yanmar 3YM30 diesel engines producing a total of 58 HP, with 3,600 hours on each engine. The last engine and sail drive services, as well as antifouling, were completed in July 2025. Each engine drives a three-blade propeller via sail drive transmission.

Her deck and rigging setup feature an aluminium mast and boom, rod kick, standing rigging from 2007, a full-batten mainsail and genoa (both original from 2007 and in good shape), lazy bag and lazy jacks, Harken 44 and Harken 40 two-speed winches.

Interior comforts include an Eno oven with three-burner hobs (2018), an Isotherm 200L refrigerator with deep freeze, refreshed salon upholstery (2021), new cabin mattresses (2024), new hatches and portholes (2021), hatch and window covers, and a complete set of kitchenware including pots, pans, a coffee maker, and a blender.

Overall, SY Felix is a well-maintained, privately owned Lagoon 380 S2 in excellent condition—fully equipped and ready for her next adventure. Appointments are required to view the boat, and viewings are available by prior arrangement during weekday working hours. Please make an appointment at least three days in advance.
