1981 Maxi 95 For Sale - (REFIT-2023) - SOLD

The Maxi 95 is a sailboat built by Börjesson Brothers and designed by the Swedish maritime architect Pelle Petterson in the early seventies. A few thousand boats have been produced. The Maxi 95 was built by the Swedish yard Pelle Petterson AB.

She has a hull type of Fin with a rudder on the skeg and her LOA is 9.5 meters. It's powered by Volvo Penta MD 2002 which was overhauled new in our workshop.

The hull is made of fiberglass. Generally, a hull made of fiberglass requires only a minimum of maintenance during the sailing season. And outside the sailing season, just bottom cleaning and perhaps antifouling paint once a year. A few hours of work, that's all. MAXI 95 has retained its value as a result of superior building, a solid reputation, and a devoted owner base. The boat’s hull and deck were painted new. Antifouling paint was applied on 27 October 2023.

The interior is in perfect condition. The furnitures of the boat has been manufactured new. The ceiling cushions are renewed at the same time. The galley is re-designed and the Corian counter top installed. A new fridge is installed. The entrance door of the boat and the lockers, and shelves which were located in the cabins are renewed. All of the electric circuits and the plumbing -including sea cocks- were renewed in October 2023. The boat is equipped with 6-7 berths, a galley, and a toilet facility which were refitted new, too.

50 meters of 8 mm galvanized chain added to the inventory. A new swim platform and ladder were installed. The windlass is also serviced new. Anods were renewed. The holding (70 Liters) and water tank (160 Liters) are installed new. They are both manufactured with polyethylene. All of the windows of the hatches are renewed with flex glass.

The boat was fully refitted by our company except standing rigging. The new owner should check the standing rigging before setting sails. The boat is for sale from 3rd owner. She is seriously in good condition when you take into consideration the boat's age. She looks like a brand-new boat. There is no reported damage (tornado, grounding, disaster, etc.) on board.

Demonstrations will be held during the working hours of the week including Saturdays. Appointments are needed to see the boat. Please make an appointment at least 3 days before your future visit.
