Nauticat 38, built in 1987, was designed by Kaj Gustafsson. She is a kind of well-known bluewater cruiser. One of the most successful motor sailors available to purchase, Kaj Gustafsson has hit the holy grail when it comes to combining sail and power with minimal compromising to either quality. The boat has a sloop rig including an in-boom furling main sail.

Ford-Lehman 90 HP marine diesel fully serviced in 2023 with only 3600 hours. Kubota 8 KW generator fully serviced in 2023. A new fridge and ice maker were added to the inventory in 2023. There are some cosmetic defects on the aft teak deck. Although there is no leakage, the aft cockpit teak decks are not in good condition. But the rest of the teak decks are in good condition.
